Mr. Willis said, "I I believe we must actively seek to retain the Episcopal Church in the town at its current location. We must work with the vestry to seek solutions to their problems of growth. We must not simply wait for them to come to us.” * He added, “I view the Town of t Washington as having many aspects and interests which must be balanced by its government. For a town of such small size, the diversity is incredible. We are a residential center, both for full time residents and those who seek on their weekends escape from the crowded Washington, D.C. area. The town should run itself, not with outside folks no matter how generous they are. This is really the reason I took on running for mayor.
