Morris Donaldson

Morris T. Donaldson, 37, died Monday, April 11.

He was a 1974 graduate of Rappahannock County High School and a 1978 graduate of Virginia Tech.

Mr. Donaldson worked at radio stations in Middleburg, Blacksburg and at WTON in Staunton before joining VNN in 1981.

His coverage of state government was heard on radio stations WINA in Charlottesville and WJMA in Orange for the past 13 years.

He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Donaldson.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 14 at Woody Funeral Home’s Huguenot Chapel in Chesterfield.

Burial was at Mount Hebron Cemetery in Winchester.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.

Clyde Perry, Sr.

Clyde Holt Perry, Sr., 77, of Luray died April 16.

He served on the U.S.S. Birmingham during World War II.
