The object of this suit is to: enforce the Plaintiff’s judgment rights by purchasing the defendant's undivided one half interest in that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded on the east by the Chesa?aake
and Potomac elephone Company property, and the lands of Tabler, on the south bv the lands of Lester Dodson, on the west by the lands of the devisees of Hubert Jenkins and on the north by the U S. Route 522. Tax Map Number 38A156, pursuant to the provisions contained in Virginia Code 8.01-83, and to credit the amount of any such sale against the judgment lien held by the plaintiff.
It is ORDERED that Paul Edward Steve Dement III appear at the above-named court and protect his interests on or before June 1, 1994.
