ball events, Friday night’s bonfire provided a sendoff for the cross country team, which entered an invitational meet at the Great Meadow Saturday morning. Team members managed to return in time to participate in some of Saturday’s activities, and indeed some of them were critical to their class’s success.
Between the two Saturday games Derek Daczewitz was master of ceremonies for the parade of Homecoming Floats on the theme “Summer Memories” and convertibles bearing the Homecoming Queen candidates and princesses.
