Mr. Slowik is a founding member of the Smithsonian Chamber Players, the Smithsonian Stripg Quartet, and the Castle Trio.. His solo, conducting, and ensemble appearances with these and other gorups have taken him across the United States, to south and Central America, and throughout Europe. Slowik is music director of the period-instrument chamber music program at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
