PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 143 RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE SOLID WASTE On Monday, November 7, 1994, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing to consider the following amendments to Chapter 143 of the Rappahannock County Code (Solid Waste): §143.3 Add definition of COMMERCIAL HAULER- any person or business which collects'and disposes of solid waste for others in exchange for fees or other consideration. In §143-4 first paragraph, amend^the fifth line of the first paragraph to read "Subsections A, B, D & E may be deposited..." Add E to §143-4 to read "Household, business or other solid waste collected by a commercial hauler.” Any interested person is invited to attend and make comment. By Order Of: John W.
