Olhe is on the conservative side or all the important issues. He supports term limits for Congress, a presidential line-item veto, strict sentences for violent criminals and the freedom guaranteed by our right-to-work law in Virginia. His opponent supports none of these positions.
On the other hand, North opposes statehood for the District of Columbia with two new senators, a socialized version of medicine, and the hypocritical so called anti-crime bill which ten of Virginia's thirteen members of Congress voted against. By contrast, Robb supports these outrageous and liberal propositions and recently cast his vote in the Senate to help emasculate Virginia's sacred right-to-work law.
Nothing can be worse for Virginia than the continuation of the status quo as represented by Robb. Simply put, we need a different sort of man in the United States Senate. Oliver North is that man. Able, energetic and committed, he will help restore the faith of our people in their government.
