MOFFETT has served as a • member of the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia from 1990 to 1994: and 1 WHEREAS, during her tenure on the Council, she served ably and accurately as the Clerk to the Town Council and freely volunteered her services to serve as the Council representative to the Town's Architectural Review Board; and WHEREAS, her service to the Town and to its citizens has - been marked by her consistently high standards of quality and dedication; and
