District Democratic Party Congressional nominee Robert Weinberg is no stranger to pol8 itics in Virginia’s 10th District, but the 10th District he is most familiar with was the old 10th District, made up of the closein suburbs of Washington, D.C., before the 1990 Census and subsequent redistricting created an 11th District and added the northern Shenandoah Valley to the 10th.
