The curriculum for the new program was developed by surveying business and industry groups in the region to understand their needs. Unlike previous computer courses at LFCC, which were mostly theorybased, the new program is “a little more specific, geared to Novell, and they’re all lab,” Shrier said.
Registration for the Monday and Thursday night classes is limited. Open registration at LFCC begins Aug. 20.
