So who leads all of these events?
Mr. Cloud, sort of a one-man tourist bureau and agent, has several county residents who have signed up to teach or lead groups on adventures. Because the idea is so new, people are still hearing about it and contacting Mr. Cloud. For those who want to teach or otherwise entertain the people who contact him, he charges a $25 fee which will guarantee them being the first person contacted in a certain area of expertise. He also charges a 10 percent commission to cover his expenses and his time in setting up events or classes.
The brochure lists his phone number as the Special Events Coordinator, and advance reservations are required.
