A certificate program offered for the first time this fall at Lord Fairfax Community College will prepare students to become administrators, managers, or maintenance engineers for computer Local Area Networks (LANs), or simply to understand their own computers at home.
Five courses, the first two of which will be offered in the fall, comprise LFCC’s Network Engineer Certificate Program, which equips students to either further their education in computers or take a national exam certifying their proficiency.
