two well known professional actors, June Hansen and Jon Tindle, both of whom hail from England, to fill the roles. Talking Heads actually is made up of six independent segments, not all or which are performed at the same time. The two parts coming to the Theatre are those Mrs. Weinberg likes best. “Bed Among the Lentils” concerns an English vicar’s wife. “A Cream Cracker Under the Settee,” also set in England, is about an oldage pensioner and her acceptance, or otherwise, of ministrations from a “home help” sent by the local authority’s benevolent social service agency.
Following each of the performances the audience will have the opportunity to meet the actors, at a free reception sponsored by the Rappahannock Association of Arts and the Community in the showroom of the well known Washington cabinet-maker, Peter Kramer.
