A good idea can often make a big difference in human behavior. The DARE program is proving to be a very good idea.
So much public attention has been focussed on destructive, abnormal and negative behavior like drug abuse and violence. Ideas like those can make a difference too, but not the kind of difference that we need in our community.
Our friend Breezy Gannon had a very good idea that we believe will help to generate a constructive kind of difference.
When Mrs. Gannon lost her husband Frank not very long ago their friends wondered what they could do to provide an appropriate memorial.
