This Memorial Day, make a tribute that helps others live. A contribution to the American Lung Association of Virginia can honor the memory of a loved one or friend who has suffered from lung disease. A memorial gift also can be made for a person who has recovered from an illness or quit smoking.
All memorial contributions help the American Lung Association of Virginia fight lung disease. Lung disease is the third leading cause of' death in the United States, and according to the medical community,, the most^reventable.
The American Lung Association of Virginia provides lung health programs such as asthma camps for children, adult lung disease support groups, tobacco cessation clinics and clean air initiatives.

The Rappahannock National Bank, F & M Bank and area post offices.
The Rappahannock Library, the County Admistrative Office and the Rappahannock News will be closed.
