PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE
The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on Zoning Chapter Amendments on Wednesday, October 15, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
The Zoning Chapter Amendments create regulations and restrictions on residential construction in Conservation Zoning Districts, including, but not limited to, preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control plans, and road/dnveway construction standards.
The Board of Supervisors, at a later hearing (date to be determined), shall take up these amendments and others relating to erosion and sedimentation control.

All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment on any or all of these proposed amendments.
