PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday.November 3,1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Se #97-09-01 Application by C. E. Lynn Estate to divide property for non-residential use such that Wakefield Country Day School will be separated from property of the Lynn Estate. School property to be 6.1225 acres, balance of Lynn property to be approximately 5.5 acres. Use allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code. Tax Map 5, Parcel B, Zone “A’, Agricultural.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
