This month I’d like to highlight a new series of health information videos available at the Rappahannock County Library.
The series, produced by Time Life Medical, consists of 30 videos. Such topics as stroke, depression, colon and rectal cancer, diabetes, breast cancer, back pain, alzheimer’s disease • and endometriosis, are covered.
Each 30 minute video is accompanied by a 21 page booklet that includes video program highlights, a glossary of terms, and a resource guide containing phone numbers and addresses of relevant organizations, plus a list of suggestions for further reading.
