Potentially, these groups (and others) could be woven into the fabric of the master plan in order to complement what the county schools will offer.
Currently, there is a need in Rappahannock County to bring together all of the fragmented energy that is currently directed toward athletics. Perhaps this is a role that the education foundation, Headwaters, would fill.
Qualified coaches need to be selected to guide our children and they need to be paid for their work. Quality sports facilities need to be built and maintained with care.
At minimum, RCES needs to offer sports programs at a
