At a recent political training
session of the Christian Coalition Del. Jay Katzen labeled Don Beyer, the candidate for governor, a dangerous opponent. As usual, Katzen has a problem separating fact from fiction.
The dangerous candidate is Jim Gilmore. Look at the facts:
Gilmore is a strong supporter of the tobacco industry, the product is responsible for 400,000 deaths a year in the United States and a major reason for high health care costs.
Gilmore and the Allen Administration have one of the worst environmental records in the state. This administration has allowed polluters free reign, look at the Smithfield example.
