No doubt Rappahannock County will come up with its own distinctive resolution, determining in due time whether or not the proposed amendments are acceptable. The public hearing on the amendments on Oct. 15 (7:30 p.m. at the courthouse) could prove to be pivotal, since it will probably result in a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors. Regardless of the outcome, the members of the commission deserve the appreciation of all citizens in the county for their diligent work under sometimes difficult circumstances.
