They are practically foolproof, they’re apparently reliable and they are expensive.
Mickey Martin, a representative of Global Election Systems spoke to the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors Monday and made a presentation of his company’s paper ballot voting machines. The county registrar’s office recommended that the board approve the new machines.
