His wife was the late Nellie Susan Baker Cooke.
Survivors include one daughter Lois Baker of Culpeper; two brothers John Cooke of Fredericksburg and Carl Cooke of Warrenton; two sisters Edna Wince of Warrenton and Sadie Durham of Culpeper; five grandchildren Ray Baker of Alexandria, Stephen Baker and Janet Blackburn, both of Amissville, Troy Baker of Washington and Gary Baker of Culpeper and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, Feh. 4, at 2 p.m. at Amissville Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon DeLong officiating.
Clore-Geest Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
