It was only through my repeated requests to see the plans that Mr. Epstein reluctantly laid out the latest renderings. The plans reflect the fact of the matter and nowhere on the plans among the swimming pool, tennis courts, amphitheater and community recreation center was there anything designated as farmers’ co-op or agricultural center. When questioned about this, Mr. Epstein admitted that at this point he is unwilling to provide any capital outlay or donate any land on his subdivision for either a farmers’ co-op or agricultural center.
