Everyone wants to be healthy (wealthy and wise too!). What you eat and do can help you to stay healthy. One way to make changes is understanding cholesterol, where it comes from and how to control it.

Virginia Cooperative Extension is offering a free newsletter mailed directly to your home that will cover topics related to shopping, cooking and eating to lower blood cholesterol. Subscribers have said this about the newsletter, “..this convinces me I must change the wdy I select foods.” and “...as a result of the newsletters I know exactly where I need to make changes in my diet”.
