1 he award for overall best exhibit in the junior division went to Henry Robertson.
In the Senior Division first place went to Christopher Antony for Fractals: Pattern or Chaos. Emily Sims, for “Wood” *t Burn Well?, captured second place. Michael Cairns came in third with an exhibit on C02 & 02 Consumption by Germinating Seeds. In fourth place was Daniel Ramey with an exhibit about Erosion of Soil.
Christopher Antony was selected best overall for the senior division.
Local winners received plaques, ribbons and invitations to the Piedmont Regional Science Fair to be held in Charlottesville on March 12.
Senior division winners at Charlottesville continue on to the State Science Fair and possibly even to the International Science Fair.
