To start thinking about ways to make healthier choices a program about food and activity will be the topic of discussion at a lunch time session. Bring your lunch, a beverage and dessert will be provided. The program will be on Tuesday, Feb. 10 from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library, 4 Library Road, Washington. Call the Extension Office to reserve your spot.
