The newly appointed Sperryville Gateway Committee met last week for its first organizational meeting.
Board members Charles K. “Pete” Estes, Tbm Junk, Martin Woodward, Buck Payne, Barbara Williams and alternate, Bayard Catron were all present. They met with 24 area residents to discuss the development of Sperryville as a gateway community.
