PURSUANT to section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 1998 at 7:00p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consid' er the following applications:

AMENDED SE #98-03-02 » The Playhouse, Lorin Maazel and Dietlinde Turban, desire to modify Special Exception Permit #97-04-02 by asking that the review date for the interim use contemplated on the site be extended to September 1, 2000 from September 1, 1999, by further asking that the maximum number of students permitted at such interim site be increased to 40 from the present limit of 30 and, finally, by asking that the applicants be permitted to use an additional room in the bam for schoolrelated purposes. Property is known as Tax Map 51, Parcel 4C, Stonewall District, and is zoned Agricultural. Allowed under Section 170-36(B); Additional Standards in Section 170-63(B)&(E) of the Rappahannock County Code.
