OF SUPERVISORS

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

AMENDED SE #98-03-03

The Playhouse Corporation, Lorin Maazel and Dietlinde Turban, desire to modify Special Exception Permit #97-04-02 by asking that the completion date for the improvements contemplated by said permit be extended to September 1, 2000 from September 1, 1999. Property is known as Tax Map 41, Parcel 23, Stonewall * District, and is zoned Agricultural. Allowed under * Section 170-36(B): Additional Standards in * Section 170-63(B)&(E) of the Rappahannock * County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m.. Said applications will-be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 1998 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parlies wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, P.O.
