The Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals approved an application by Brenda L. Hensley to construct a separate dwelling on her property near Rock Mills for the purpose of a family apartment for her sister.
The County Planning Commission had approved the application at its meeting earlier in the month based on the applications compliance with the county ordinance saying “the application is allowable as is applied for.” However, the commission said Hensley must have VDOH approval and further requested that she put a restriction on her deed to forbid “any future subdivision of the property.”
