Mr. Frazier was born March 10, 1924 in Rappahannock County to the late Silas Walden Frazier and Pearl Sisk Frazier.
Mr. Frazier was a veteran of the United States Army serving in World War II. He was a member of the Black Oak Regular Baptist Church.
Mr. Frazier is survived by two daughters Mary Payne of Stafford and Margaret Branson of Spotsylvania; one step daughter Devolia Jenkins of Bowling Green and one son Edward L. Frazier of F redericksburg.
He is survived by a grandson Brian K. Frazier of Spotsylvania; 12 other grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
