RICHARD BULL , Rappahannock News Contributing Writer The Trinity Church Garden Guild is raising money to build a new garden on the Middle Street side of the Church, opposite The Inn, to beautify not only the Church, . but also the most important street crossing in town. On Saturday, April 25 the day of the Fodderstack Race, the Guild will hold its first Great Spring Garden Sale opposite the Church entrance on Gay Street. Rain or shine, the sale will take place under the tents from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors from the surrounding area will offer their finest plants for every aspect of the home garden; whether one’s needs are for sun or shade, boggy or too dry, there will be the perfect choice for everyone. Judy Tole of Evergreen, etc. will present a group of - locally grown rhododendrons and conifers, all well adapted -to our area.
