I would like for you for a moment to imagine if someone went to your boss and said that they didn’t like the way that you did your job. They also want to be able to find someone better to replace you. This goes without mentioning that these concerned citizens failed to ever come to you to voice their concerns. This is exactly what has happened in our school system.
Not only has this been an attack on our athletic department, but also on many of the coaches and the athletic director Mr. Mike Tupper. In every dealing that I have ever had with Mr. Tupper, his first priority has always been what’s best for all the children. He has sacrificed countless hours and amounts of energy to perform his job and he has done it well. This is why his coaching staff loves working for him; he has a long-term vision for Rappahannock athletic, and we want to be a part of it.
I feel that anyone who does not support him in his endeavors should have no place nafeJ say in our athletic department because he is there for what’s best for all Rappahannock students, not just a select few.
