The Carlsons plan to stay in the county as long they can physically keep Blue Knoll Farm together and that should probably be a good while.
Future plans
Carlson gave her piano to her granddaughters six years ago. Carlson enjoyed playing the piano, and now she will be getting a new one. The piano will go in the only guestroom with a fireplace located on the first floor. And that will be the music room.
Carlson also plans to do some volunteer work. She is not sure, at this time, where she will donate her time, and says, “You have to be very selective.” I
