Two log cabins originally joined by a shared, covered porch. The first cabin was built before 1749 and the second in 1810. The first cabin was two rooms, one up and one down.

The later cabin was originally a four room residence, with two rooms up and two down. The pine plank paneling dividing the rooms has been removed. The first floor serves as the living room; the second floor a generous size bedroom. The original stairway and interior trim are still in place. The two working fireplaces are also original. Original glass was reglazed in new windows.

Sometime in the 1960s, the covered porch was enclosed and became the kitchen. The first cabin was renovated to remove the stairs, seal off the second floor and a bathroom added.

The offering of this property is a unique opportunity and should be appreciated by the discriminating buyer.
