Graveside services were conducted on Monday, Nov. 15 at the Orlean Cemetery in Orlean with the Rev. Barbara J. Minter officiating.
Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.

Charles William Jenkins Sr., 66, died on Thursday, Nov. 11 at the Salem Veterans Hospital in Salem, Va. He was born in Rappahannock County, a son of the late James Oscar Jenkins and Mary Jenkins.
He was an Army veteran and worked for the Virginia Department of Transportation for many years.
He is survived by two sons, Charles William Jenkins Jr. of Mabane, N.C. and Nathan S. Jenkins of Wake Forest, N.C. and one granddaughter, Jami G. Jenkins of Mabane, N.C.
Family First Funeral Care in Roanoke was in charge of the arrangements.
