Treasurer Elaine Viguerie presented the Town’s financial report, noting consolidated assets of $392,357.35, down some $8,000 from that reported in November, and Water Works current assets of $9,847.53, compared to the 9/30/99 figure of $14,420.89.
• John Bennett reported on the results of the review of Town ordinances, and provided the Council with a reconciled list of twelve active ordinances.
• Wendy Weinberg provided the Town Council with a memorandum regarding the misuse of the new kiosk, and read the memo to meeting attendees. She criticized the misplacement of items on the kiosk and the general disarray of the panels, and suggested that the Council provide more detailed instruction on the placement of notices, and provide for its routine oversight.
