In accordance with Section 15.2-4300, et. seq. Of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, May 6, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a renewal of the Thornton River Agricultural and Forestal District and a tag-on to the Hampton Stock Farm Agricultural and Forestal District.
The proposed Ordinances are available for inspection at the Clerk’s Office and the County Administration Office, both in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, April 17, 2002, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
