Drama, art classes offered

Creative Spirit Drama and Art classes will begin on Thursday, April 18. Classes for children four to six will be held from 10 to 11:15 a.m.; classes for children 6-11 will be held from 4 to 5:15 p.m. (bus shuttle from elementary school) and teen classes from 6:30 to 8 p.m. For information call Jean Elizabeth, 675-1518.

Potluck set, donations sought

The Chalet Magnificat, a Christian Family/Matemity Home in Front Royal is currently planning a potluck dinner reception on Saturday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at the chalet. The chalet provides not only transitional shelter for homeless mothers and families but also emotional and spiritual support and vocational training to start a now life. The chalet accepts applications from a five county area which includes Rappahannock.

The chalet is also in need of roof repairs and various donations are needed. For more information or directions call 6368472.
