1. Applicants should be a resident of Rappahannock County.
2. Applicants must be a senior that has been accepted into a two or four year college or a student that is presently enrolled in a two or four year college.
3. Applicants majoring in Agriculture and/or active participants in the Rappahannock 4-H Program are given priority consideration. The Committee has decided to give special emphasis to applicants’ interest in agriculture this year.
4. The scholarship will be awarded only one time to an eligible applicant.
The Committee is in the process of accepting applications. The deadline for scholarship applications is May 6, 2002. Applications should be mailed or delivered to the office of Douglas K. Baumgardner in Washington.
