• Wednesday, May 15 the Rappahannock Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Courthouse.
• Friday, May 17, RAAC presents the film “Gosford Park” at The Theatre, 8 p.m. See B-1 for review.
• Friday and Saturday, May 17 and May 18 annual Relay for Life event at RCES.
• Friday, May 31 DARE Day at RCES coordinated by DARE Officer Captain Jeff Brown, will begin in front of the school at 9:30 a.m. and will end at 1 p.m. Field Day events are organized by P.E. teacher Carol Nowakoski. These events will be held behind the school and on the hill by the School Board Office from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
