Awesome Anatomy class, students are studying the digestive system, and rendering free hand drawings of the body.

In other goings on of the last month, the Middle School hosted a Renaissance Trade Fair on April 18. After studying the culture of 16th century western Europe, each stu-, dent chose a trade to research and present. Students and teachers dressed in Renaissance costume and hawked their wares to the “commoners”. Included in the merchant caravans were bakers, flower peddlers, a blacksmith, a monk, a basket' weaver, a minstrel and an herbalist.

For their yearly Service Project, the middle and upperschool students are raising money to buy school supplies for Afghanistan children living in refugee camps. This project is in cooperation with Children of War, a non-profit children’s advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. They have raised $320 to date'.
