And as part of Hearthstone’s hand-on, experiential program, students throughout the school have ventured out for closer inspection of the vast world outside our doorsteps. Laura Booth’s Nature Studies class returned to their familiar Friday morning hike April 26 but this time for a much longer foray than usual. On this occasion, they didn’t return until the next day!
