Congratulations to Miss Samantha Ovellette, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Ovellette of Griffinsburg whose engagement to Brian Cassedy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cassedy of Woodbridge has been announced with the wedding to take place in September.
The Youth Recognition Program, which is hosted every year by the Salem Ruritan Club took place in April at the Emerald Hill Elementary School. Twenty-three students were recognized this year. Over 100 family members and friends were in attendance.
