Wayland Friends of Scouting gathered last Saturday morning for breakfast at the Flint Hill Public House in support of scouting programs in the Shenandoah Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The group was honored to hear remarks from Judge William Webster, who has a weekend home in Rappahannock and is the former Director of the FBI and the CIA. Honored scouts included David Massie, Phillip Thomas and Chad Heddleston.
