report
Superintendent i)r. David Gangel repni'ted that the greenhouse design had been completed and specification.'' have been received to order it in kit form. Headwaters, who is administering the funding of the greenhouse, has appointed Peter Kreyling as the point-of-eontact for the project, and Dr Gangel noted that volunteers are needed to help asst mhle the structure.
Dr Gangel said that he had formally designated Assistant Principal Mike Tupper as Acting Principal of RCHS, and he asked that the School Board approve a stipend of some $700 monthly. plus benefits, during the period that Mr. Tupper is acting in that capacity Mrs. Sharp moved to do so for a two month period, with reconsideration as necessary, and the Board unanimously approved.
The Superintendent also discussed a registered letter received from the schools' insurance carrier earlier in the day. He said that the letter outlines areas of reduction in coverage proposed by the carrier, and that further analysis is required before he can reach any conclusions and offer recommend,at ions. Dr. Gangel suggested that a re-bid of the insurance policy may he appropriate.
