Wordsmith Jennifer Dellinger’s poem “Hooray for George!” and artist Sam Nolan’s portrait “Young Teen George” shared Best of Show honors at Rappahannock County Library’s second annual “By George It’s Washington’s Birthday” Art and Writing Show.
