The Many Faces of Lazarus
The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community welcomes resident Luke DeMaitre at the Rappahannock library Friday, March 11 at 8 p.m. to talk about his book, “The Many Faces of Lazarus: A Human History of Leprosy”. The event is sponsored by RAAC as part of the Second Friday at the Library Series. Admission is free.

• March 14th is Sushi Night: Handmade rolls and platters created especially for you by Chef Todd. Pair your sushi selections with plum (yum!) wine or warm or cold Sake. We also have , Sapparro Beer and the Rogue Morimoto, especially created for Iron Chef Morimoto. Sushi night is the second Monday of every . month. Dinner begins at 5:30pm.
• March 16th is a Wine Tasting Dinner. This evening will offer a special menu with dinner items paired with wines from Rappahannock Cellars. A representative from the vineyard will be on hand to speak on each wine and answer questions. Please call for reservations!!
• March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day! Come in for some savory specials and a Guinness or two. In the Rappahannock Room from 4-6pm, Jim Gannon will be on hand to speak on his book entitled ‘ A Life in Print”. Jim will do readings from his travels in Ireland and will be able to answer questions and engage in discussions.
