Funeral in Boston
Arlene “Inch” Starks Kilby, 54, died Feb. 25 at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento, Calif.
Mrs. Kilby was bom Aug. 24, 1951, daughter of Irene Starks Wilson in New York City.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Forrest H. Kilby of Antelope, Calif., mother, Irene Starks Wilson of Washington, D. C.
Additional survivors include, aunts, uncles and host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Kilby was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas Starks Sr., grandmother, Lizzie Starks, uncle, Randolf Starks and cousin, Ernest Fletcher, Jr.
A funeral service was held March 7 at the Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston with Reverend Howard Frye officiating. Interment was followed at the National Cemetery.
